The villa interior was professionally designed to allow guests to enjoy their vacation time. Free baby/child equipment is provided as well as a safety fence around the pool. For older children and teens there is a specially designed loft area with 46” TV, DVD/Blue Ray player and Xbox console. In addition there is a fully furnished games room that all ages can enjoy. The Living Room
The living room is situated at the front of the villa and provides a relaxing area to read or chat with family.
There is a three seater sofa and two comfortable arm chairs.
There is also a bookcase filled with books and board games.
The Dining Room
The dining room is on open plan with the living room and provides a large dining table with seating for eight people.
A high chair is also provided for younger guests.
The Kitchen
The large kitchen houses everything you need to create anything from a snack to a three course meal !!
There is a further dining table with seating for four people in this area.

The outside deck and pool area are accessed from the rear of the kitchen area.
Utility Area & Downstairs WC
Should you wish to do laundry we have a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are also freestanding clothes dryers provided.
The Family Room
The family room is on open plan with the kitchen and looks out onto the deck and pool area.
This room has two sofas and a 46” TV, cable TV set top box and DVD/Blue Ray player.
There is also a telephone with free local and national calls.
Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom is located downstairs and has its own large ensuite bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower cubicle and separate WC.
There is a king bed and a 32” TV.
The walk in closet provides excellent storage space as well as housing a security safe. A chest of drawers finishes off this room.
Games Room
The games room is a fun area for all to enjoy.
We have an 8ft slate pool table, a foosball table and an air hockey table.
We also have a container with miscellaneous pool / beach toys.
The Loft Area
The loft area provides an ideal lounge for kids and teenagers to watch a movie or play on the Xbox.
There is a large comfortable sofa with chaise, 46” TV with DVD/Blue Ray player and a Xbox with games.
The Pool Area
The pool area is completely south facing meaning that it gets sunshine all day and all year round.
The pool area also overlooks beautiful conservation land so there are no rear neighbours. For shade the lanai extends the full width of the villa. There are four sun loungers and a table and chairs for six people.
Beach towels are provided so no need to bring your own.
The pool is 15ft x 30ft and has a Jacuzzi spa (pool/spa heat available at extra cost). There is also a pool safety fence, to ensure children can’t access the pool unattended.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom is located upstairs at the front of the property making this quite a private room.
The tranquil blue décor also make it a lovely relaxing room after a hard day at the theme parks! There is a king bed and a 32” TV.

Queen room 1 has a subtle golf theme with golfing pictures adorning the walls.
There is a queen sized bed, 32” wall mounted TV and wardrobe
The room has a lovely view from the window of the conservation area behind the villa.
Queen Bedroom 2
Decorated in neutral beiges and blues this room has a queen sized bed, 32” wall mounted TV and wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom 1
he Mickey room is dressed to appeal to Disney fans of all ages.
This room has one single bed and one double bed again making it comfortable for child or adult guests.
There is also a 32” wall mounted TV, wardrobe and desk with two chairs.
Twin Bedroom 2
This room has a Despicable Me minion theme.
The room has one single bed and one double bed again making it comfortable for child or adult guests.
There is also a 32” wall mounted TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms upstairs in the villa to accommodate the Queen and Twin bedrooms.
Both of these bathrooms have showers over the bath tubs.
